Refund Policy

1.Credit purchases
- Credits are a digital good. Once credits have been spent — for example, to open a game's lobby — that portion of your purchase has been used to deliver the service and is non-refundable.
- Unused, unspent purchased credits are eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase, as long as they have not been used to open a game's lobby, unlock a feature, or otherwise been spent. Contact amy@ideazone.co to request one.
- If purchased credits were bought at a discount (for example, through a special-offer listing), the refundable amount is the price you actually paid, not the face value of credits granted.
- Free or promotional credits — including the 10-credit signup grant, coupons, and giveaway credits — have no monetary value and are not eligible for a cash refund under any circumstance; they can only ever be used as platform credit.
2.Equip subscription
- You can cancel your Equip subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until then.
- We do not offer partial refunds for time remaining in a billing period, except where required by law.
3.Billing errors
If you were charged in error — a duplicate charge, an incorrect amount, or a charge you didn't authorize — contact us and we'll investigate and refund the error in full.
4.How refunds are processed
All payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method by Paddle and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
